Built around the published rules of the platforms your buyers check
A smooth onboarding. A project finished. A renewal signed. The experience is there, but turning it into proof still depends on someone remembering to ask.
By the time someone sends a review request, the context is gone and the customer has moved on.
Your team tracks invites, checks links and chases replies instead of running the next campaign.
Sales needs a relevant quote. Marketing needs a story. Neither knows what is approved to use.
How it works
Set the campaign up once. Outadvo connects the right moment, the customer's own words and the assets your team needs.
Pick a neutral product milestone and invite every eligible customer the same way. Follow-ups run in the same workflow.

Customers write in their own words. Your team checks only that it's genuine, with the rating hidden, and rewards apply only where the platform allows them.

Customer reviewExampleWhat do you like best?
Our first project stayed on track without another spreadsheet or status meeting. Everyone could see what needed to happen next.
What could be better?
We’d like more export options for our weekly reporting.
Compliance Mode
Most review campaigns quietly break a rule: they ask only happy customers, or approve based on the rating. Compliance Mode builds the rules into the workflow.
Rating hidden
Shown only after you verify
Approvers see the person, the platform and the link, not the stars. Every verified submission earns the same reward.
Reward rules by platform
A reward can't be switched on where the platform doesn't allow it, and the right disclosure is added automatically.
Asks fire on neutral product moments. No filtering by NPS or mood.
Each platform's disclosure line, added to every incentivised submission.
Every invite, decision and reward recorded, ready to export if anyone asks.
Built around the FTC review rule and each platform's published policy. Not legal advice.
Why Outadvo
Testimonial tools wait for proof to arrive. Enterprise suites need an owner and an annual contract. Outadvo sits in between.

FAQ
Straight answers, including the uncomfortable ones about incentives.
It depends on where the review goes. The FTC allows incentives as long as they don't depend on whether the review is positive or negative. G2 and TrustRadius allow disclosed incentives with conditions, Capterra only through its own incentive program, and Trustpilot and Google don't allow them at all. Compliance Mode applies each platform's rules automatically, so a reward can't be switched on where it isn't allowed.
No, and you shouldn't want to. Asking only promoters is called review gating: Google and Trustpilot ban it, G2 and Capterra prohibit segmenting out likely-negative reviewers, and the FTC treats it as potentially deceptive. Outadvo triggers asks on neutral product moments and invites every eligible customer the same way.
No. The AI asks guided questions and, where the platform allows it, helps tidy the customer's own answers. It never writes a review from nothing or invents results. For Capterra, which doesn't allow AI-generated content, writing help is switched off.
Only whether a submission is genuine: the right person, a real post, a working link. The star rating stays hidden while you decide, and there's no 'too negative' reject reason. Every verified submission gets the same reward.
Reviews on G2, Capterra (with GetApp and Software Advice), TrustRadius, Trustpilot, Google and Gartner Peer Insights; social posts on LinkedIn and X; and text or video testimonials for your own site.
