This policy explains what personal data Outadvo (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit outadvo.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the marketing website. The Outadvo application will have its own data processing terms when it launches.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill in the early-access or contact form, we receive your name (contact form), email, company or website, what you need help with and any message you write.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Clarity may record anonymised session replays.
- Free tools. Calculators and generators on this site run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us unless you submit a form.
How we use it
- To reply to you, onboard you into early access and schedule calls.
- To understand and improve the website.
- To send occasional product updates if you joined early access. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site: a private cloud server (hosting), Amazon Web Services (email delivery for form submissions), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics) and Cal.com (scheduling). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
We process form data to respond to your request (steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying), and analytics data based on our legitimate interest in running a useful website or on your consent where required.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage your early-access relationship, and deleted on request. Analytics data follows the retention settings of each provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@outadvo.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
